TUSK RC products are digital files and hobby-grade designs intended for makers and builders. Due to the nature of digital downloads and the variability in 3D printing, electronics, and assembly methods, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Digital Products (STL, CAD, Manuals, Downloads)
All digital product sales are non-refundable.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Hobby Project Disclaimer
TUSK RC designs are part of an evolving hobby platform. While files are tested and designed to function as intended, successful results depend on many factors outside our control, including:
- 3D printer calibration and settings
- Material choice (PLA, PETG, TPU, etc.)
- Hardware sourcing and tolerances
- Electronics configuration
- Assembly techniques
As a result, parts may require:
- Minor sanding or finishing
- Tolerance adjustments
- Hardware substitutions
- Custom modifications for your specific setup
These adjustments are a normal part of hobby-grade builds and are not considered defects.
Fitment & Compatibility
We do our best to provide accurate specifications and recommended components. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all printers, materials, electronics, or third-party hardware.
No refunds will be issued due to:
- Fitment issues
- Printer tolerances
- Hardware substitutions
- Performance expectations
Future Physical Products
If TUSK RC begins offering physical products in the future, a separate return policy will be published covering those items.

If you experience issues with a file or build, please reach out. While refunds are not offered for digital products, we are happy to help troubleshoot and provide guidance when possible.
